The reason this wasn’t included in this article is because we are quoting from a webinar that was hosted a few months ago, to promote an on-demand webinar to AHRI members. It would be great to see more focus on how we as HR professionals can bring this conversation into the workplace, I’d also like to see a discussion around navigating the workplace when an employee is found to have committed violence against women.
