They all opt to stay casual anyway. Company I work for likes people to go permanent but regional WA I’m a begger when it comes to staff so they let it slide. International students especially want the extra dollars for the casual loading. The second any of them ask me to go permanent it would be done on the spot. Some earning $1300 gross some weeks as casuals. Why would they want to change
