Get these wrong and things go awry from the outset. The costs involved pertain to loss of intellectual property, loss of corporate knowledge, and hiring, training, and acclimatizing the new employee. There is no such thing as ‘hitting the ground running’ – which involves time and relationships to truly be enabled.
