Let’s not just stop our learning in debriefs and discussions, let’s implement the lessons learnt and reflect long enough to solve problems rather than quickly and immediately reacting and moving on to the next thing for the sake of being able to say: We’ve ‘attended’ to that,’ rather than We’ve ‘dealt’ with that!
